Jensen was great
He exceeded expectations every step of the way. Not only was he always available and responsive when wearing his broker's hat but also extremely knowledgeable about real estate in general. He was happy to help and share his experience beyond the scope of simply securing a loan. More than a broker Jensen became a trusted ally in securing the right loan for the right property.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Jensen -who was referred by a friend- and our experience was exceptional. From our initial conversation, Jensen was prompt in responding to all our questions and displayed a vast knowledge of various loan options. The clarity with which he explained the mortgage process was commendable, ensuring we were well-informed every step of the way. What truly stood out was his proactive approach we were consistently updated about the progress of my mortgage application, eliminating any uncertainty. Jensen also went the extra mile to introduce us to a buyers agent in SA and to provide further details around property buying and the differences between investment and personal and the gotchas, etc. Professionalism was evident in all our interactions, and his transparency about costs and fees gave us confidence in his services. Jensen helped me refinance my loan recently. I first spoke with him late last year when I was doing some market sounding. Even though I was not ready at that time to refinance, Jensen noted my details and informed me he would follow up in mid-2022.
True enough, he did he was the only one to do so, of the four brokers I initially spoke with. And then he worked tirelessly to shortlist providers that accorded with my needs, and then also during the application and subsequent lender QA process which took a couple of months to play out. And in the end I got a very competitive, off-market loan. I cannot recommend Jensen highly enough for his professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. I look forward to working with him again in future.
I engaged two mortgage brokers before I was referred to Jensen. As soon as we had our initial meet and greet, I knew that Jensen would be helping me out along my property journey.
Purchasing a property esp in this climate is one of the scariest decisions one can make and Jensen really helped to make me feel more at ease about it. He selflessly took hours out of his week to educate me and help me understand the process and what was involved. He made it a point to ensure I knew what my strategy was and that I had a realistic plan to get there. He added so much value beyond the norm of what a mortgage broker would typically provide. He is a wealth of knowledge and anyone to partner with him is very fortunate.
Good customer service is difficult to come across these days so I'm very grateful to have been put in touch with Jensen - Can't recommend him enough.
I cant recommend Jensen enough Hes an amazing mortgage broker who truly cares about his clients. It was our first home loan, but before contacting Jensen we spoke to 3 different mortgage brokers. None of them were able to provide such great service and comprehensive advice. Jensen explained to us every aspect of securing our first property, found the best loan product in the market and was always reachable to answer all our questions. Jensen led us through the whole process, followed up with the bank any issue or delay and exceed all our expectations.
Its was quite important for such newbies as us to have a broker we could trust, and we were very lucky to meet Jensen. We will definitely work with him in the future and will recommend his services to our friends.

Jensens knowledge and experience of the market are the reasons we were able to refinance our extremely complex situation to a better home loan product and receive a cash back He was always in regular contact to keep us informed of the status of our application. Jensen was amazing and 'highly' recommended. From beginning to end he informed and explained everything in an easy to understand manner, made the process quick and easy, regularly kept me informed and followed up with the banks constantly without me ever having to follow him up. On top of that he was able to help me withdraw money for home renovations and still save me a lot in monthly repayments that other brokers were not able to achieve.
