My husband Paul and I recently utilised John's service to refinance. We found him, and his staff, great to deal with. Their communication was excellent and they kept us up to date. John was very knowledgeable. He knew all the lenders well and was able to match us to a lender that we're very happy with. We felt looked after during the whole process. He never gave up even though there were innumerous obstacles along the way, having to change banks multiple times with very tight deadlines. Always keeping me up to date with what's going on, which was very important to me. Highly recommended. I will use his services again in the future for sure

John went over and above to refinance an existing loan and create a new loan in difficult circumstances. John also went the extra mile with after settlement disputes with my old lender to ensure I wasn't out of pocket. I would not hesitate to recommend John and his office.
