We have used Richard at Mortgage Choice twice for financing of our properties over the past 5 years. We found Richard and Mel very knowledgeable and professional in our first business interaction and Richard was our first call when we needed a change of finance with trickier circumstances a couple of years later. We could not be happier with the service we received from Richard and Melanie at Mortgage Choice. From the outset it was a smooth and easy process to obtain loan approval. Richard and Mel were always on hand to give advice when we were looking for a property to buy. When we did find a suitable property Richard and Mel worked quickly to ensure that our loan was processed and funds were available in time for settlement which was a short 4 week time frame. We didn't have to worry about a thing in regards to settlement funds as Richard and Melanie worked closely with our solicitor and everything went smoothly for our settlement.

After a frustrating 3 month refinance process with a big bank that led nowhere Richard delivered exactly as promised and closed our refinance within 3 weeks at a much lower rate than we were being offered by the big bank without all of the headaches.
