We have used Rupav twice now for financing of a significant rennovation and most recently a purchase of a new property. He has always been prompt, patient and attentive to our needs questions. Provided good advice, alternatives and solutions when our long term bank one of the big 4 just could not even bother or be interested. Great advice and quick turnaround really took any stress of the process away. Great communication and in looking out for us in the processes. Highly reccommend

I don't know how I got connected to Rupav, but it doesn't matter. I do remember our first meeting with him, which was, to my surprise, amazing and affable. Immediately after the meeting, my wife Jessly and I decided to take Rupav's help to secure a loan to buy our first home.
The journey of buying our new home was not easy it took us around 6 months from our first meeting with Rupav. However, during this period, Rupav proactively kept in touch with us. Whenever we selected properties, he immediately helped us with the price estimate and how much loan we could afford this was the period where interest rates were moving every month. He always called us immediately if we had any questions or needed clarification.
In the end, we secured our first home, and Rupav became our friend. Rupav's amazing support throughout this stint helped us to buy the house. We will definitely use him for our next purchase, and I would definitely recommend him

Rupav is the best broker I've dealt with. Communication was a breeze and he was always available at the other end of the phone.
