Jo was wonderful, patient and highly responsive. She identified what was important to me and then provided me with a variety of options to choose from to secure a refinance. Will have no problems referring others to her or working with her again, should the need arise. There are very few times in your life where you get such thorough and excellent customer service as that of Jo Croft and her team, shout out to Henrietta, they were fantastic.
Jo Croft and team were so helpful throughout the whole process, helped us understand what was within our budget, answered or helped us find the answers for so many questions that were not in their remit. One thing of note is that they kept us up-to-date daily, so we were never left waiting for the results of the application. They also gave us options to helped us select the right conveyancer, the same with building inspectors.
Whenever we buy a new house, or are looking, or someone asks for a recommendation I would definitely say go to Jo and the team

Jo and her team were so helpful from the minute we made contact. My partner and I reached out to get an idea of what we could borrow. Having no idea about where to start or what the process involved, Jo was there with us every step of the way. This was soon to be the start of our first time buying a house. Within a matter of a few days we were given an idea of what we could borrow, then within another week we had looked at couple of places and found the perfect first home for us and made an offer. From then everything went by so efficiently and Jo and her team, special mention to Henrietta, were in contact with us at least once a day to keep our mind at ease as we progressed through the whole process and explained everything so clearly. I cant imagine what the process would have been like or if it would have even happened at all without her and her teams expertise and knowledge. I would recommend these guys to anyone thinking about buying their first home, but Im sure they are amazing at anything mortgage related.
Jo is an incredible mortgage broker We recently went through the process of getting a mortgage through Jo at Mortgage choice. She made the entire process go so smoothly despite the short settlement timeframe. Her communication is excellent and she kept us updated regularly with how things were progressing.
