I had never used a mortgage broker before, so was a little nervous when I first made contact with Jen as I didn't really know how the process worked or what it involved. From that first phone call Jen made it easy - she was friendly and approachable, and was more than happy to answer my many questions. She was easy to contact via phone or email, and always got back to me quickly. Numbers are not my forté, but Jen was so patient and never made me feel silly.
I have no doubt that Jen got me the best deal available, and the change in mortgage provider, with a much better interest rate, is saving me a lot of money. I feel confident knowing that when my fixed term is up, I have Jen on my team to find me the best deal again. I only wish that I had found Jen sooner

Our first time using Alan Madden at Mortgage Choice dates back to 2016. We were refinancing to find a better rate and unfortunately our local bank would not give us the rates on offer elsewhere.
