Leanne and the team were amazing at helping us refinance to carry out some renovations. The process was easy and straight forward and they provided excellent guidance throughout.

Leanne Dodds was exceptional.
We had a tricky situation in relation to doing a renovation to our home. Leanne completely understood what we wanted and needed to refinance and tap into our homes equity.
Long story short going directly to our now ex-bank and having to jump through hoops to refinance and utilise the equity to renovate versus speaking to Leanne over the phone and video conferencing and getting the deal done without one hoop was simply amazing.
Do I recommend Leanne in my eyes you'd be crazy to not utilise her great skill, knowledge and customer service.
My wife and I will never go through a bank directly again to finance anything.
