Scott from Mortgage Choice was recommended to us by a work colleague and it was our first experience with a Mortgage Broker. We have always navigated this type of thing on our own and we are so glad that we did not do that this time. Scott was professional but generous with his time, regularly communicated with us as we waited, and always responded to our many questions. If we ever need a broker again in the future, Scott will be our first phone call. He was especially helpful with our unusual salary structure as Ministers of Religion.
Our experience was extremely positive, from point of contact on 5122023 to pre-approval making paying a deposit on a property on 16012024, so smooth. Scott was so on top of it and made the process so smooth.

I have used a number of mortgage brokers over the past 20 years. Scott leaves the others for dead. No overpromising and underdelivering. Scott works hard for his clients and keeps knocking on lenders' doors until he gets the best result for his client. He acts with integrity and honesty. He understands financials incredibly well and can present them in a clear way for a lending assessor to cut to the chase. I couldn't recommend him more highly as a mortgage broker. Scott is a keeper mortgage broker. I hope he doesn't retire any time soon -

I have dealt with Scott for over 20 years. He helped me secure finance for my first home loan. Helped me navigate financing between selling and purchasing property in another state and most recently when I needed extra funds for a big unexpected expense. I would, and do, recommend Scott and his team when I have the opportunity.
My employment circumstances and a difficult loan climate have meant obtaining a mortgage loan to be difficult to impossible, however, Scott has often made this possible where otherwise it would not have. Sometimes we have been knocked back, yet his persistence has mean't with a second conversation a deal has been struck. Scott has helped us many times and I find his services invaluable.

Scott is an absolute legend. We were really tossing up whether we should get a home loan directly through the bank or go through a broker. It was such a good decision to go through Scott. I was referred to him by my sisters and it was really lucky I got that because he is insanely helpful and knowledgeable. He was responsive at literally all hours of the day. For example when I first messaged him to ask him if he could help us with a home loan it was at 8pm on a Sunday night. I expected him to respond the next morning, but he replied in 5 minutes. I honestly don't think I have waited more than 15 minutes for a response to any of my texts or emails. Anyone can get you a good deal, but I have never experience customer service as good as his. Could not recommend him enough, especially if you're a first home buyer like me.

'Scott Partridge' is honest and The Most Wonderful person, I have ever met in my life. He guided us throughout our journey of buying a new house. He handled all of our queries even after office hours. Sometime he gave priority to us and skipped his personal time. I don't recommend using anyone personal time, however, he is the MAN behind building our dream home.
