We have used Mortgage Choice Menai for a number of years now. Phil and the team at Mortgage Choice Menai were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to refinance, Phil is great. Would happily recommend to others.
Phil, Suzy and the team at mortgage choice Menai did a wonderful job enabling our house purchase. They were very responsive and helpful through the whole process and got us through the final approval processes far faster than we thought possible - which took a lot of the stress out of the settlement process compared to past experience dealing direct with banks.
Phil ans Suzy made the process of refinancing my home loan very simple and easy. Taking me through and explaining the difference of what each lender was offering, guiding me through the processes, helping with the contract and being available every step of the way. We looked around for a while for a broker that would meet our needs and be contactable during a stressful and bumpy road to purchasing our first place. Phil was beyond incredible, he would contact me back quickly at any time, especially during the buying process when things need to be done quickly to secure a place. He always took the time to answer any questions, offer support and guidance, even after settlement. I highly recommend going with Phil and Suzy, the constant communication alone sets them apart from any other broker I reached out too, as many others took days to respond which is not what you want when buying. The time they spent with me and my wife guiding us through buying borrowing made us feel very at ease as they were consistently in contact with us and keeping us updated and informed, making us feel like a valued client and giving us all information needed to make the best decision for us. To be VERY transparent, I was first hesitant in going to a mortgage broker. I have always preferred to deal directly with banks regarding home loansfinances. However this all changed when I reached out to Mortgage choice in Menai.
I can openly say that both Phil and Suzy who run Mortgage Choice at Menai are absolutely fantastic to deal with, you can trust me on this. If anyone is hesitant to speak to a broker, I can assure you that both Phil and Suzy are very professional ,confident and most importantly have a very approachable level of service. I felt a great level of trust throughout the entire process and never felt that my questions were dumbsilly.
What I really enjoyed about both Phil and Suzy is that my interactions with them have been very authentic. They have a very naturalhuman like level of service and relaxed vibe every time I reach out to them. This made me feel confident and more importantly comfortable during the loan application.
I have previously had dealings with banks and depending on who I deal with, I sometimes didn't have a level of confidence with that person. However this all changed when I met Phil and Suzy a few months ago as they are amazing. Another thing which I really really enjoyed about Phil and Suzy is that they never pushed me to sign for anything. Phil walked me through the process every step of the way and I never felt like I was forced to do anything. This for me was key.
The level of service I have received from Phil and Suzy really painted a picture for me. They do their jobs with customer service as number 1 priority. They don't just talk about giving great service, they actually deliver it For ANYONE who is having second thoughts about going to a broker OR is looking for a good broker, take it from me and head over to Mortgage choice in Menai. In addition to that, I don't even live in Menai and I was more than happy to travel to their branch just to deal with them.

I've just gone through the arduous process of refinancing our loans and these guys were tremendous, a wealth of knowledge and demonstrated true professionalism throughout the whole process. The thing I particularly liked was that they made difficult concepts easy to understand and were patient enough to put up with my impatience - even at 8pm on Christmas Eve!
They are a family run business based in the Sutherland Shire however because everything was handled via Zoom with documents processed electronically you can enjoy their services even if you live in Kalgoorlie!
