Living in Forest Hill

I can personally recommend Forest Hill as a great suburb to live in. It was where we have had our office for over 11 years. There was a wonderful range of parks, clubs, cafes and great schools - as well as a strong community behind it all.  It was super easy to get into the city by road or train. I still play the occasional game of cricket with the Forest Hill Cricket Club.  

According to realestate.com.au at December 2021, the median house purchase price in Forest Hill is $1.12m, with median rent at $450 pw.  That median purchase price is a smidge lower than Nunawading, for example.  Forest Hill is a "high demand" suburb, according to the website's search rate.
