Australia's largest independently-owned mortgage broker, Mortgage Choice is pleased to welcome into the franchisor team one of its previous franchise owners, Sharon Cameron-Lee.
Sharon was an award-winning Blue Mountains/Nepean franchisee for over seven years before selling her business 12 months ago and commencing contract work as the company's rookie loan writer support resource. She was also assisting with the rollout of improvements to the loan qualifier software.
As of this month Sharon is a full time employee working under the Chief Information Officer. After initially continuing the activities mentioned above, she will work within the Learning and Development team on its ongoing review of the intensive induction program and the franchisee mentoring program, with the ultimate goal of improving rookie loan writer outcomes.
Mortgage Choice CIO Neill Rose Innes said he was delighted to welcome an experienced broker into the head office team.
"The perspective and experience a former successful franchise owner and mortgage broker brings is immensely valuable. We are very pleased Sharon is joining our team on a permanent full time basis," he said.
"She is the ideal candidate to help us close any loops when ensuring new starters to Mortgage Choice become effective and productive brokers in as short a timeframe as possible.
